Felina is a Cray XD1 Linux Cluster with 36 dual-core AMD 2.2 GHz Opteron processors, 144 GB RAM, 1.5 TB disk space and a 317 peak GFlops rating. The system is used to develop and test new scalable numerical methods for computationally intensive applications in science and engineering (hp-FEM group).

Felina was purchased by Dr. Pavel Solin using funds from ONR Award No. 05PR07548-00.
